BeTwin VS 與 WinConnect Server VS (32bit/64bit) 自 2.00.478 版本開始支援 Windows 7。 如果您使用 Windows 7 ，您需要使用 BeTwin VS (32-bit) 或 WinConnect Server VS (32bit/64bit) 2.00.478 或之後的版本。

在 Windows 7 中預設會開啟防火牆，並且不允許遠端桌面連線，若您要在 BeTwin 中使用遠端桌面或使用 WinConnect Server VS 的遠端桌面功能，請將「遠端桌面」加入例外清單。 遠端桌面預設連接埠為 3389。
