支援Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 1/Service  Pack  2：

WinConnect Server XP v2.00.179或之後可支援Windows Small Business Server 2003；WinConnect Server XP v2.00.198或之後可支援Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 1；WinConnect Server XP v2.00.309或之後可支援Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2。如果您仍在使用WinConnect Server XP先前的版本，您需要升級到WinConnect Server XP v2.00.309或之後的版本。

安裝提示：

升級Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2之後，您需要先移除現行的WinConnect Server XP軟體（即使您已經安裝了v2.00.309版本），重新啟動系統並重新安裝最後的WinConnect Server XP 軟體v2.00.309版本。或者在升級Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2之前，先移除WinConnect Server XP軟體。

請注意：由於Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2安裝時，通常會使WinConnect Server XP授權失效，您也許需要再次重新註冊WinConnect Server XP軟體，請使用原來的主序號在相同的主機上使用標準的註冊程序來重新註冊。

Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2遠端桌面支援：

※ 主機電腦的Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2需要開啟遠端桌面功能，讓遠端桌面使用者可以登入電腦使用遠端桌面連線。
在Windows桌面，點選主選單開始按鈕=>控制台=>網路和網際網路連線=>Windows 防火牆。
點選「例外」設定頁，在程式和服務清單中勾選「遠端桌面」項目。

※ 只有使用者是屬於"Remote Desktop Users"群組的成員可以登入Windows Small Business Server 2003使用遠端桌面連線。
編輯「遠端桌面使用者」群組，在我的電腦上點選滑鼠右鍵=>內容，選擇「遠端」設定頁並點選"選取遠端使用者(S)..."來新增或移除遠端桌面使用者。
